At a local independent cafe, I have been running monthly open mic events involving both Arts University Bournemouth's Writing Society and the general public.
'Performing with Pride' Writing Challenge, 2023
For LGBTQ+ History Month 2023, I organised and hosted a 24-hour writing and performance challenge for LGBTQ+ writers and performers. I thoroughly enjoyed this event and received very positive feedback so would definitely host something like this again.
'Colleens', 2022
In January 2022, I wrote a collaborative spoken word poem which was used by dancers at Arts University Bournemouth as part of a contemporary performance.

Writing a short comedy play in 24 hours, this collaboration was directed and performed as part of the 2022 Salisbury International Arts Festival.
